How it Works
PayPerCall.com will set you up with a dedicated 800 telephone line.
When a customer calls they will hear your greeting which tells them
who you are, what you are offering, and the cost of the call.
Callers will then be prompted to enter their credit or debit card
information. The funds are verified, preauthorization is obtained,
then the call is forwarded. Billing will begin once your caller
is speaking to one of your live operators, or listening to your
recorded content. At the completion of the call, we will calculate
the total minutes, and finalize the transaction.
Our system is 100% turnkey. The computer programming, hosting,
billing, software, customer support are all taken care of by us.
This line works in the US and Canada.
You get paid "per-minute" or "per-call" based
on the billing plan you choose for your 800 line. You can charge
the caller from $.99 per minute to $5.99 per minute, or $10.00 -
$50.00 per call. We pay you on the 25th of the month by check or
direct deposit for the previous months activity. You can login and
check your earnings in real-time.
Our service bureau provides you with call reports, so you can monitor
your call activity.Upon setup you will receive recording instructions
for your preamble/greeting, and information to access your call
detail reports.

LIVE - You, or your operators will answer
the phone and speak to your callers live. We will forward all
paid calls to any telephone number in the US (including cell
phones). You DO NOT need any special phone equipment.
RECORDED - Callers will be able to listen
to your pre-recorded content. No special phone equipment, or
phone lines are needed. Callers will have up to 5 menu options
should you desire to give them multiple options when listening
to your content. You will be able to change your recordings
as often as you would like.
Our 800 Bill to Credit Card line includes all of the following
advanced features:
Real-time
billing and credit card authorization system. Callers
can use credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover) Customize
the greeting and prompts that are automatically played to callers. Forwarding
of live calls to multiple telephone lines. Real-time
online call monitoring via your account admin area. Web
based software automates and tracks entire process. Handles
up to 99 calls simultaneously, with the ability to expand as needs
arise. Manage
calls in queue settings as well as music on hold. Choose
Per minute calling plan, Flat Rate calling plan or a combination. Set
the maximum time allowed for each call. Set
the business hours of operation. Direct

We can handle virtually any type of pay per call program to fit

For Multiple Forwarding Numbers / Extensions:
- Additional forwarding numbers are available at a one-time cost
of $125 each
$70 per month maintenance applies to accounts with multiple extensions.
(No matter how many extensions are purchased the same low rate is
paid. Not to exceed $70 per month total)

- Call hunting allows for transfer of calls to different phone numbers
when busy
You will receive your first check within 30 days after your first
call minutes are generated. All checks are sent MONTHLY, paid out
on the 25th of every month, for the prior months activity.
Both PER MINUTE & FLATE RATE billing plans are subject to a
reserve.
20% of each month's Total Sales (this is the amount billed to callers)
is held for 180 days, then released to you monthly with your commission
check less any chargebacks.
For example: $5,000 in Total Sales are made to your line
this month, 20% ($1,000) is held back in a reserve account and paid
back to you in 180 days. At the end of the billing cycle, you will
receive a check for the monthly profits minus the $1,000 that will
be held in reserve.
Upon activation of your line, we will provide you with the tools
needed to customize a preamble describing the service you are providing.
In order to be in legal compliance with the FCC, you must provide
the following information to all callers in the preamble.
1. Cost of Call
2. Average Length of Each Call
3. The Name of The Line
4. Callers Must be Over 18-years Old To Call.
5. Charges begin within 3 seconds after completion of preamble.
